Also featured in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created plans to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling different parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.
